1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Products must be in resalable condition.

• Proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt, is required.

• Returns must be approved by FiberGone before items are shipped back.
   

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used soap products cannot be returned unless they are defective or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law.
 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for standard returns:

• Opened or partially used soap bars.

• Opened or used individual stick packs.

• Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, or misuse.

• Promotional samples or complimentary products.

• Final-sale items clearly identified as such at the time of purchase.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact FiberGone within 7 calendar days of delivery, whenever possible.

Please provide:

• Your order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the affected product and packaging, if available.

Once the issue has been reviewed, FiberGone may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to the customer.
 

The 7-day notification period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

4. Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
 

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a FiberGone error, a defective product, or otherwise required by law.

• Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
   

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns, including returns due to a change of mind.

If a return is necessary because of a defective product, incorrect shipment, or an error made by FiberGone, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide a prepaid shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as FiberGone cannot guarantee receipt of packages shipped without tracking.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges for standard returns.

Customers wishing to purchase a different product may return an eligible unopened item for a refund and place a new order.

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products may qualify for a replacement.

7. Wholesale & Distributor Orders

This policy applies to purchases made directly by individual consumers through FiberGone's retail sales channels.

Wholesale, distributor, and bulk purchases may be subject to separate return terms established in the applicable dealer agreement, wholesale purchase order, or distributor contract.
